Each month, there will be different resources posted here, relating to the central creative theme of the month, along with the Creativity Cafe events and recordings. If you have ideas of other resources that would be useful please post them in our Facebook group.
September/October : Creative Journalling
Journaling can be an important way to source and work through ideas, as well as cultivate your creative flow.
You may decide to do a writing practice of 3 pages daily as recommended in "The Artist's Way" or even only a paragraph or just one sentence each day in your journal. You can add pictures and collage images.
